Vancouver, BC - October 18, 2000 - Totally Hip Software announced from the QuickTime Live! Conference in Los Angeles the release of its LiveSlideShow software for Mac OS X Public Beta, a preview version of Apple's next generation operating system. LiveSlideShow is the first QuickTime authoring application to be optimized for Mac OS X.

LiveSlideShow is a simple feature-rich slide show program that allows users to create interactive slide shows. These slide shows can be created in a simple drag-and-drop interface using more than 30 different image or picture formats. Users can easily add text captions, transitions between slides, slide narration, sound effects, navigation buttons and interactive URL links. QuickTime movie format slide shows can be stored in web sites, emails, PDF documents, or Microsoft Word, Excel or PowerPoint documents.

LiveSlideShow is available at a suggested list price of $49.95 US. The Mac OS X LiveSlideShow version 1.0.2 update is available from Totally Hip at www.totallyhip.com.
