Vancouver, BC - September 22, 2000 - Totally Hip Software is pleased to announce that it has created a Technology Advisory Council comprising of world renowned experts in interactive technologies. Totally Hip is ecstatic to have this exceptionally gifted group providing leadership in technology research, development and strategy.

Totally Hip Software's world class Technology Advisory Council is comprised of five key industry professionals. These individuals are continually pushing the threshold of the technologies in practical work projects and research and development of "bleeding edge" applications.

Mr. David Dicaire, CEO and President has appointed the following members to Totally Hip's Technology Advisory Council:
- Mr. Sean Allen, Software Consultant and former Apple Chief QuickTime Wired Movies Architect
- Mr. Matthew Peterson, Software Consultant, Researcher and University of California at Berkeley Department of Neuroscience Ph.D. Graduate
- Mr. Michael Shaff, President Small Hands Inc. and Interactive Media Consultant
- Mr. Steve Israelson, Totally Hip Software VP Technology
- Mr. Randall McCallum, former Chairman, CEO and President of Totally Hip Software

The Technology Advisory Council will provide product development, strategic direction and technology expertise to Mr. David Dicaire; Totally Hip Software's CEO and the Board of Directors.

Mr. Allen is currently a highly sought independent software consultant and researcher. Mr. Allen recently left Apple Computer where he was the Chief Wired Movies Architect. Mr. Allen developed software technology, including some of which was patented, for over nine years at Apple. Mr. Allen provides incredible knowledge of the QuickTime architecture and interactive software development. Prior to joining Apple, Mr. Allen authored desktop video editing systems. Mr. Allen has a degree in Computer Science from University of California Santa Barbara.

Mr. Peterson is a fifth-year Ph.D. graduate at the University of California Berkeley in the Neuroscience Department. Mr. Peterson is currently researching the underlying neural networks involved in visual information processing. Mr. Peterson is also an institute scientist at the M.I.N.D. Institute and a brilliant software researcher, designer and consultant. Mr. Peterson's software research continually pushes beyond the boundaries of existing products and technologies inventing opportunities or solving limitations in existing applications. Mr. Peterson has designed a wide range of software for various companies, institutions and research projects. Mr. Peterson has bachelors degrees in Computer Engineering, Biology, and Chinese Linguistics.

Mr. Shaff is President of Small Hands Inc. based in La Honda (Silicon Valley) California an advanced interactive multimedia creation and consulting business. Mr. Shaff has extensive experience in the high tech industry with Small Hands, Rockwell International Science Center and Silicon Graphics. Mr. Shaff is an industry recognized interactive media and broadband expert. Mr. Shaff is one of the most highly knowledgeable and regarded Wired Media Experts on the development, production and delivery of QuickTime projects. Mr. Shaff also brings valuable experience from his extensive use of software programs from a multimedia authoring perspective.

Mr. Israelson, VP Technology and co-founder of Totally Hip was the Chief Architect behind the development of much of Totally Hip's award winning software and technologies. Mr. Israelson is one of the most experienced interactive and streaming software architects in the world. Mr. Israelson has developed technologies and produced award winning software tools since desktop computer systems were first capable over 12 years ago.

Mr. Randall McCallum former Chairman, CEO and President of Totally Hip, as well as a co-founder has over 16 years of experience in themultimedia software business. Mr. McCallum is renowned for his industry vision and knowledge. Mr. McCallum has provided strategic guidance in the creation of Totally Hip's award winning software.
