Vancouver, BC - September 20, 2000 - Totally Hip Software is pleased to announce that Mr. Michael Shaff and Mr. Timothy Daum have been appointed to the Board of Directors of Totally Hip Software Inc.

Mr. Shaff and Mr. Daum add valuable industry experience and energetic enthusiasm to Totally Hip's new Board of Directors. Together with Mr. David Dicaire the new Chairman of the Board they will set the strategic direction for Totally Hip Software.

Mr. Shaff's professional career has been in the high tech industry where he has acquired extensive knowledge in multimedia and software development. Mr. Shaff is a world renowned expert in interactive, streaming and broadband media production.

Mr. Daum's metier is in marketing and sales for fast growing technology based companies. Mr. Daum has proven success in instituting innovative branding, sales and strategic marketing campaigns in the high tech and creative services markets.

Mr. Shaff is President of Small Hands Inc. based in La Honda (Silicon Valley) California. Mr. Shaff is an industry recognized interactive media and broadband expert. Mr. Shaff is one of the most highly knowledgeable and regarded Wired Media Experts on the development, production and delivery of QuickTime projects. Mr. Shaff has consulted on many new media projects for companies like Apple, Ziff Davis, Warner Communications, Silicon Graphics, CyberIsland Studios, Totally Hip Software and numerous others. Mr. Shaff is also a frequent speaker and presenter on interactive and streaming QuickTime development.

Mr. Daum is the founder and President of Hybrid Creative Group of Vancouver British Columbia. Mr. Daum has more than a decade of experience in the creative services industry.
