Vancouver, BC - September 6, 2000 - Totally Hip Software's Board of Directors is pleased to announce that David B. Dicaire has been appointed Chairman, CEO and President of Totally Hip Software Inc. Mr. Dicaire joined Totally Hip in 1999. As the Chief Operating Officer and General Manager he played a leadership role in Totally Hip's recent corporate turnaround.
The Third Quarter Fiscal 2000 financial statements report dramatic improvement in all areas from a year ago. During that period Mr. Dicaire oversaw significant positive changes in operational efficiency and significant new technology and product development. Totally Hip's technology and software products continue to be highly regarded and win awards.
Mr. Dicaire succeeds Randall H. McCallum. Mr. McCallum re-assumed the Totally Hip CEO and President titles fifteen months ago after having previously left for health reasons. Mr. McCallum's resignation follows his commitment to return to the company and lead a successful turnaround. Mr. McCallum plans to take a much-needed rest. Mr. McCallum remains committed to Totally Hip's success and has agreed to act as a Technology Advisor.
