Today we announced that Totally Hip Software and ici Media Inc of Vancouver, B.C. have entered into an agreement for the acquisition of ici Media by Totally Hip.

Today Totally Hip is starting a new chapter in its business. The acquisition immediately gives Totally Hip Software the ability to increase its support, training, consulting, marketing and sales capabilities.

Totally Hip is not acquiring ici Media to enter into the LiveStage Professional creative content creation business. The purpose of the acquisition is to offer improved support aand increased resources for our customers and to increase our marketing and sales capabilities. This acquisition gives us the technical expertise to support our products and the ability to showcase and market our products capabilities.

We see this as a huge benefit for our customers and development community. The initial impact of this merger will be in the areas of improved customer service and product showcase and demonstrations. All of ici Media's technical knowledge can be made available to our customers and development community. This will give our customers the training and support services they need in generation of leading interactive projects using LiveStage Professional. ici Media's passionate LiveStage Professional and QuickTime developers will also lead the building of our community and showcase website. This new organization now possesses the resources to develop, sell and support the complete range of products and services we offer.
