Totally Hip Chairman Assumes Presidency

Vancouver, British Columbia - June 20, 2002. Totally Hip's Board of Directors is pleased to announce that effective immediately Stephen Simpson will assume the role of President of the Company. In addition to this role Mr. Simpson will continue to serve as Chairman and CEO of Totally Hip Inc.

David Dicaire, who was formerly President, will continue in his role as Chief Operating Officer and Director of the Company.
Mr. Simpson was first appointed to the Board of Directors at the Annual General Meeting held on February 26, 2002 and subsequently appointed as Chairman and CEO in April of this year. With this recent appointment Mr. Simpson now heads both the Board of Directors and the Executive Management of Totally Hip Inc.

"This decision was made with a great deal of thought toward the long-term growth plans and governance of Totally Hip. The company has always had a strong product line and a well respected engineering team and has survived the difficult market conditions of the past two years in large part due to the management of David Dicaire", said Simpson.

He went on to say "Now we are able to recapitalize and restructure the Company to position it for growth, applying our individual management strengths to the challenges that lay ahead."

Mr. Simpson possesses extensive strategic planning, public relations, marketing and leadership experience. Prior to joining Totally Hip, Mr. Simpson had been retained by the top management of a wide range of corporations focusing on the areas of strategic planning, marketing, corporate communications, corporate identification, public affairs and advertising. His impressive client list includes Canaccord Capital Corp., The Angus Reid Group (now IPSOS-Reid), Yorkton Securities, Vancouver Port Corporation, and NorthWest Sports (Orca Bay Sports and Entertainment). Additionally from 1978 to 1989 Mr. Simpson held senior positions with two of Canada's largest advertising agencies, Cockfield Brown and FCB/Ronalds Reynolds.
