Vancouver, BC., Canada - May 25, 2000 -- Totally Hip Software (CDNX:THW) today announced that the entered into a licensing, sponsorship and marketing agreement
with the VFS (Vancouver Film School) New Media Program. The agreement covers:
A site license acquisition of Totally Hip's LiveStage Professional QuickTime Authoring software by the Vancouver Film School for their New Media campus
A license acquisition of Totally Hip's LiveStage Professional Beginner to Intermediate Users Seminar course curriculum content by the VFS New Media campus for
use in any part-time or full-time course offerings by VFS to students
Use of the VFS New Media campus facilities by Totally Hip for four corporate LiveStage Professional QuickTime Authoring software User Course and Seminar Events
over the next year

Francisco CA, and Seattle WA.
