tools for the desktop professional and corporate Web designer, Totally Hip Software Inc, today announced the Company has formed a professional consulting team of 16
world-renowned leading QuickTime Wired Media Experts to promote and provide expert advice on QuickTime and the use of Totally Hip's products, including LiveStage
Professional and the recently released LiveSlideShow to design, develop and create QuickTime wired media content for the Web. The founding members of the Totally
Hip Wired Media Experts Group currently consists of 16 individuals from 8 countries and forms the basis of Totally Hip's expanding presence as a leader in QuickTime
authoring tools around the globe and on the Web. These individuals will continue to provide technical and marketing consulting services to the Company and the
Company's management and directors have agreed to grant incentive stock options to each individual as a form of incentive and compensation. The granting of these
incentive stock options to these individuals is subject to exchange and regulatory approval.

Matthew Peterson of Berkeley, CA has degrees in Electrical Engineering, Biology and Chinese Linguistics and is just finishing his Ph.D. in Neuroscience at the
University of California at Berkeley. As an Institute Scientist at the M.I.N.D. Institute, he is the principal investigator in the Spatial Temporal Reasoning Project where
multimedia software is used to develop the ways children think in space and time. Matthew is also instrumental in bringing QuickTime technology to research science to

Brennan is an English multimedia designer and teacher living and working in Copenhagen (Aalandsgade) Denmark. Brennan made his first interactive media in the early
1980s when it was still just called 'computers'. He works extensively in education and is interested in the pedagogical aspects of multimedia. Brennan is a recognized
expert in Macromedia Director since 1996, and an expert on LiveStage Professional and has written a number of articles on Director, and QuickTime authoring tools,

The principles of iCi Media Inc. are recent graduates of the internationally recognized Vancouver Multimedia Film School in Vancouver Canada and have assisted Totally
Hip in a number of areas in the past 6 months.

David Gratton is a former international banker that worked in North America, Europe and Asia and in 1998, he found his calling when he saw the power of wired sprites
and QuickTime. He handed in his international banker resignation and began studying all things QuickTime. David is a recent graduate of Vancouver Film School's New
Media Department, and in the past 6 months David and his team created the first regularly scheduled Live Netcast (VFS Live) portal in Canada using QuickTime.
After graduating from the VFS, David co-founded ici Media Inc. with to bring interactive media (not TV) to the Internet. David and the other members of ici Media Inc.
are frequent contributors to the LiveStage-Talk and QuickTime-Talk developer community. David will be teaching LiveStage Professional courses in the coming months
after helping to put together a course on LiveStage Pro and QuickTime wired content development.
