Vancouver, BC - May 12, 2000 - Totally Hip announced today that it has allowed the Incentive Stock Options on 170,000 shares of the Company's capital stock
announced on April 24 to expire on Monday, May 8, 2000. This was decided by the Company in order to modify the granting of incentive stock options to consultant
employees and new full-time employees.

The Company is pleased to announce the granting of Incentive Stock Options on 170,000 shares of the Company's capital stock to various consultant employees and
employees that recently joined the Company on a part-time and full-time basis. These incentive stock options will be exercisable up to five (4) years at a price of $ 0.65
per share, which price is not lower than the closing price of the Company's shares on the day prior to this announcement less the allowable discount.

These incentive stock options are granted as part of Totally Hip's marketing expansion into European and Pacific Rim countries and will be granted to consultant
employees and employees providing services to the Company.

The options granted may not be exercised until regulatory approval has been obtained and will be subject to any applicable regulatory hold periods and the Company's
vesting plan.
