Vancouver, BC - February 20, 2001 - Totally Hip Software announces an income of $0.01 per share for the fiscal year ending September 30, 2000 in posting of the 2000 Annual Report.

Totally Hip Software's fiscal 2000 financial statements show significant improvement in all areas over fiscal 1999 and reflect similar results to those reported during the first three quarters. The income per share for the fiscal year 2000 was $0.01 per share compared to a loss of ($0.05) per share for fiscal 1999. Totally Hip also came close to achieving $1,000,000 in sales, recording a total of $952,000 for the year ending September 30, 2000.

Totally Hip Software achieved improved performance as a result of continued cutting of operating costs and increased sales. The income of $0.01 per share or $178,000 for fiscal 2000 compares to a loss of ($0.05) per share or $707,000 for fiscal 1999. Sales for 2000 showed an increase of 216% and gross profit increased by 237% compared to 1999. Expenses in 2000 decreased by 52% and the cost of goods sold only increased by 26% in comparison to 1999 results.
