HipFlics is an easy to use video enhancement and compression tool. If you have ever posted a movie online that took hours - days perhaps - to download, then HipFlics is for you. If you have ever deployed a movie that was so blurry you couldn't tell if that was your child or a pet mongoose, then HipFlics is for you. MPEG4 HipFlics 1.2 for Macintosh now supports the use of the MPEG4 audio and video codecs in Quicktime 6.0. This means you can produce ISMA compliant MP4 files or use the MPEG4 codecs in your Quicktime movie. Compression HipFlics will take your movies that were exported from FinalCut Pro, iMovie, or any other popular video editing package and prepare them for Internet delivery. File Sizes can be reduced over 50 times from straight DV with HipFlics, and your video will still be clear enough to see you baby's first teeth! HipFlics 1.2 adds a faster compression engine. Enhancement Often compressing video for the Web will dull the colors, or deaden the contrast of your video. With HipFlics you can use all of QuickTime's filters to adjust the video before you compress to compensate for these dulling effects. You can even crop the image to eliminate unwanted "noise" around the edges of your video. Timeline HipFlics provides video editors with a familiar work environment; it is the only video compression product presently available that uses a timeline interface. Simply drag and drop your codecs onto the timeline. It's that easy. Drag and Drop Batch Processing Do you do lots of video compression with the same compression settings? Then nothing could be easier than HipFlics' Batch Processing droplet. Simply drag your batch to a settings droplet, and HipFlics will do the rest. It's that simple. Watermarking Do you want to make sure that your signature is on your movies? HipFlics has a built-in watermarking feature that will allow you to place your logo on your video.
